Our Impact

Bridge the Gap is committed to supporting the Mali community on their journey towards sustainable community development.  The United Nations defines community development as "a process where community members come together to take collective action and generate solutions to common problems." As such, Bridge the Gap does not “develop the Mali community.” Instead, Bridge the Gap joins hands with the Mali Community as a partner towards their own self-defined and self-led community development. Bridge the Gap believes that this is an essential model to support the successful and sustainable development of the Mali community.  You can be a part of this too; effective collaboration is how we get things done.  So go ahead and reach out to see how you can become part of the solution!
